Posting an Internship
All internship postings can be sent to hirewesternu@uwo.ca or directly to the Program Coordinator, Zach Anderson to be posted on our database, Western Connect.
All student applicants will upload the required documents you’ve requested on the job description (e.g. cover letter, resume, transcripts, writing sample) directly to Western Connect.
Selecting a Candidate
The Internship Coordinator will bundle an application package for your review, and work with you to schedule your student interviews, providing a quiet place to meet candidates in our dedicated on-campus interview suite if you so choose.

Offering an Internship
Job offers for the Art of Tech Internship Program can be submitted anytime following the completion of interviews.
Please complete the following form here with as much detail as possible.
We will coordinate all offers and present them to students. You will be notified by our office to indicate acceptance/decline of your Internship Job Offer.
Recruiting Timeline
We will gladly accept Art of Tech job postings, arrange interviews, and extend job offers from January until September 2019.
The internship placement must be at least 10 weeks in length with the start date and end date occurring between May and August 2019 or September and December 2019.
